No. Customers pay you the way they already do: cash, bank transfer, or a wallet such as EasyPaisa or JazzCash. Smart Installment records the payment, shows your account details to the customer, and lets them upload the receipt for you to approve. Your money never passes through us.
No. Smart Installment doesn't lock devices. It records the device IMEI or serial on the plan and the agreement, and keeps the signed agreement and payment history as your evidence.
With their phone number and a one-time code, sent by WhatsApp (when you've connected your WhatsApp Business number) or email. You invite them from their profile. No app to install.
